Museo Chileno de Arte Precolombino.

Spectacular new underground gallery of 440 sqm after renovation and extension of museum.

The museum has been undergoing renovation and expansion since 2012.

The new exhibition design was created by British exhibition designer Geoffrey Pickup. He was also responsible for designing the display cases, which were then developed, built and installed by the Glasbau Hahn team.

The project schedule was challenging, not only because of the long transport time, but also because the on-site delivery proved to be quite complex.

Glasbau Hahn delivered spectacular display cases on time and on budget for an exceptionally beautiful museum, which opened on schedule in January 2014.
